IPCAS STC Meets in Bonn

During the last 5 days, the IPC Alpine Skiing Sport Technical Committee has met in Bonn to review the past season activities in the sport and to finalize the planning for the upcoming season 2010/2011. The main topics dealt with at the meeting is the revision of Rules and Regulations, Calendar planning, Classification, Factor Systems, Competition Co-ordination, Development and Budget. The planning for the SOCHI 2014 Paralympic Winter Games is on ongoing activity that was also discussed. Some of the STC members and IPC Management will meet next week with the FIS Sub-Committee for athletes with a disability in Antalya (Turkey) during the 2010 FIS Congress.
